NI-DC PULSE Multi-Channel Noise & Vibration Analysis System: Standardized NVH Test Solution for Full Industrial Scenarios

Engineers engaged in NVH noise and vibration testing fully recognize that multi-point synchronous data acquisition and repeatable measurement results are core requirements for product R&D and compliance certification. Traditional single or limited-channel measuring devices only support separate single-point testing, which leads to inconsistent timing data across multiple components, excessive repeated testing cycles, and biased measurement results that hinder noise reduction optimization. The NI-DC PULSE multi-channel noise and vibration analysis system eliminates these long-standing industry limitations.

Built on NI CompactDAQ dynamic signal acquisition hardware, the system supports flexible channel configuration ranging from 4-channel desktop units to 24-channel laboratory-grade setups. It seamlessly connects microphones, IEPE accelerometers, sound intensity probes and other sensors, with a 51.2 kS/s synchronous sampling rate ensuring fully aligned timing signals across all channels without phase shift. It delivers one-shot full-point data recording for new energy vehicle chassis vibration scanning, refrigerator compressor abnormal noise testing, and standard sound power measurement in reverberation and anechoic chambers.

Integrated real-time analysis modules cover FFT spectrum, 1/3 octave band, overall sound level, transfer path analysis and modal analysis within a unified interface, eliminating cumbersome cross-platform data export. Engineers can instantly observe spectrum curves and vibration peak distribution during testing to quickly locate noise sources and resonant frequency bands. The built-in report tool automatically generates Word-format test documents with raw waveforms, spectrum charts and working condition records, fully complying with ISO, IEC and Southeast Asian product certification standards, and all datasets are recognized by regional accredited metrology labs.

The hardware adapts to both fixed laboratory installation and field on-site inspection, supporting USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity. DAQ modules run on USB power supply without external power adapters, stable for production line spot checks, fan vibration field monitoring and long-term calibration in acoustic labs. Low-noise circuit design minimizes gain and phase mismatch between channels, capturing faint low-frequency vibration and subtle abnormal sound signals without distortion or background interference.

Our solutions serve a wide range of Southeast Asian industries, including new energy vehicle powertrain NVH R&D, white goods noise certification, consumer audio acoustic testing, university acoustic research and third-party accredited testing centers. We provide full turnkey services including hardware matching, sensor selection, software commissioning and on-site technical training, customized channel layouts based on client test types and laboratory space. Paired with anechoic and reverberation room facilities, the system forms a complete closed-loop NVH testing workflow. For R&D and quality teams, this all-in-one multi-channel platform cuts down instrument coordination workload and test cycle, delivering stable, comparable measurement data for noise vibration optimization and global product compliance inspection.
